Sophie is a fabulous addition to the Vital Signz team. She began dancing at the tender age of 4, concentrating on ballet, tap and modern (RAD & ISTD). Over the last 6 years Sophie has trained relentlessly in all styles of street and hip-hop. Since beginning her street dance career, Sophie has performed at various venues with Raw Release and the Vital Signz dance team (which she now trains) as well as other crews including The Anvil in Basingstoke and the London Palladium. Sophie is a dedicated and hard-working teacher who constantly strives to get the best from her students. She has a reputation for being incredibly patient and encouraging her classes to have fun and enjoy themselves whilst learning the moves and understanding the musicality.
Sophie holds an IDTA Associate in Street, Level 2 Exercise To Music and is a licensed Zumba instructor and member of the Zumba Instructors Network (ZIN).
